The space

Sun filters through the windows before the day really begins, catching the canal's surface and sending soft light across the walls. Step out onto the balcony and the Atlantic stretches wide in front of you - steady, open, and close enough to feel like it belongs to you. This is the kind of place where a morning coffee becomes something you actually linger over, and evenings slow down all on their own. Whether you're here with family, friends, or a mix of both, there's a particular ease to being somewhere that opens up in every direction.

Sleeping Arrangements: Four Bedrooms, Room to Breathe

Four bedrooms are spread across three floors, so everyone gets their own space without feeling far apart. The first floor holds two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, positioned close to the bathroom and pool area. On the second floor, a bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom also has its own smart TV. The third-floor master bedroom is the crown of the home: a king bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite with jetted tub, dual vanities, and separate shower. Two balconies open from the master - one facing the ocean, one looking back over the Intracoastal and pool below.

Living Spaces: Built for Connection

The second-floor family room features a 55-inch smart TV, a Nintendo Switch, and comfortable seating. An executive office on the first floor means work can be handled and then set aside. Throughout the home, indoor fireplace, air conditioning, and ceiling fans keep the atmosphere easy. A second-floor laundry room adds practicality for longer stays.

Kitchen & Dining

A large breakfast bar seating four anchors the kitchen, opening into dining and living areas. The full kitchen is stocked with refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, wine glasses, and cooking basics. A coffee bar makes the first hour of the day something to look forward to, and the dining area connects to a balcony with Intracoastal views.

Outdoor Living: Water on Every Side

The private pool offers a refreshing afternoon retreat, and the canal-front dock and boat slip bring you right to the water's edge. Beach essentials - towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are included, along with a kayak and private beach access nearby. An outdoor shower adds convenience after time in the water. Sun loungers, outdoor furniture, and a BBQ grill complete the picture for slow afternoons and easy evenings outside.

Neighborhood: Hammock Beach, Quietly Coastal

The home sits in Hammock Beach, a quieter stretch of the Florida coast. The beach is a short walk away, and Flagler Beach's restaurants and local spots are just minutes out. St. Augustine is close enough for a day trip when you want a change of scenery.

Guest access

As our guests, you will have access to the entire home, except the owner's closet. Free wifi is available throughout. You'll also have access to a laundry room with a free washer and dryer.

Florida is home to many bugs, insects, critters and animals. For your group's safety, please clean up any food that could attract any of these creatures.
