Inside, the open layout pulls the kitchen, dining area, and living room into one connected space - so no one's ever too far from the conversation. You'll find air conditioning and ceiling fans keeping things cool, a TV for movie nights, board games stacked and ready, books on the shelves, and exercise equipment if you want to keep moving. The home has a warm, lived-in feel that makes it easy to settle in from the first evening.

Sleeping Arrangements

Three bedrooms give every guest their own corner of the house. The master suite has a queen bed, a smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual sinks - a calm space to start and end the day. The second bedroom offers another queen bed alongside a dedicated workspace, ideal for anyone who needs to check in with the office without losing the holiday feeling. The third bedroom features twin beds and a chalkboard wall that brings a bit of personality and play to the space - a touch the kids tend to love.

Screened Lanai & Outdoor Living

Step outside and the screened lanai becomes the natural hub of the day. Pull up a chair for coffee, lay out a book, or gather everyone for an al fresco dinner as the evening cools down. The open backyard extends the space further - grassy, easy, and anchored by the hammock that never seems to stay empty for long. Bikes make the neighborhood feel like yours to explore, and the ping pong table is never far when someone's in the mood for a game.

Kitchen & Dining

The kitchen is well-equipped for everything from a quick breakfast to a proper sit-down meal. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, baking sheet, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, and a dining table with room for the whole group. A coffee maker and hot water kettle mean the first and last hours of the day are handled. Beach essentials - including towels, an umbrella, a blanket, and snorkeling gear - are provided so coastal day trips come together without the extra packing.

Bathrooms & Everyday Essentials

Two bathrooms serve the home, one of which includes a bathtub - a welcome detail after a long day out. Hair dryer, shampoo, cleaning products, and hot water are all on hand. Bed linens, fresh towels, and the everyday essentials are provided, and a washer and dryer mean you can pack lighter and stay longer. A smart lock makes self check-in smooth, free parking on the premises removes one more thing to think about, and the WiFi keeps everyone connected when they need to be.

A Peaceful Neighborhood Close to Everything

The R-section has a quiet, residential character that lends itself to evening walks and slow mornings - but it's never far from what you need. Palm Coast Parkway and Moody Boulevard give you easy access to shops, dining, and services. Flagler Beach is an 18-minute drive away, where coquina sands and a mellow coastal atmosphere make for an easy day out. A laundromat is also conveniently nearby for longer stays.

A Note on the Home

For transparency: noise decibel monitors are present on the property, and exterior security cameras cover the front door and driveway. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.

Guest access

As our guests, you will have access to the entire home, except the owner's closet. Free wifi is available throughout the property. You'll also have access to a laundry room equipped with a free washer and dryer.

Florida is home to many bugs, insects, critters and many animals. For your group's safety, please clean up any food that could attract any of these creatures.
